The Role

We're seeking a driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth in three core sectors: healthcare (NHS and private hospitals), hospitality (hotels), and workplace catering (offices, canteens, and facilities management firms). You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging key stakeholders, and closing deals that place Nova Chef at the heart of institutional dining operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage decision-makers in target sectors (procurement heads, F&B managers, facilities directors, etc.).
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Develop tailored proposals and product demonstrations, with a clear focus on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and food quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client success.
  • Track and report KPIs, pipeline status, and market intelligence to leadership.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in foodservice, catering equipment.
  • Strong track record of selling into hospitals, hotel chains, or corporate canteens.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a solution-led mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales objectives
  • Qualify the customer needs
  • Negotiate and contract
  • Perform client side demos (taste test) of our food

Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • UK Permanent Residency (ILR) or UK Passport
  • Self-starter with a solution-led mindset and entrepreneurial drive

Nice to have

  • Strong track record of selling into hospitals, hotel chains, or corporate canteens
  • Experience working with CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of food/catering industry
